On agreeing upon a concept design our estimating team will put together a Proposal clearly outlining the inclusions and costs that apply. We aim to deliver a quality product on time and within budget limitations.

With a scope of work and contract sum agreed upon, our team will move to the pre-construction phase, finalising all necessary documentation and certification approvals.

With documentation and approvals completed we then arrange for access to the site and provide a construction programme with a weekly breakdown of planned works and a practical completion date to work towards.

We invite our clients to regular progress meetings and keep you updated throughout the entire process. At practical completion we schedule a handover inspection with our clients delivering the space ready for the exciting move.

At handover we provide all documentation and copies of certification as a package. Importantly, when the project is complete, we remain committed to client satisfaction. If there are any items that require attention, we are sure to resolve concerns with priority.
