This project was a combination of works for the landlord, upgrading the cold shell, and the incoming tenant completing a design and construct fitout of the space. Client brief was to upgrade the tenancy into a fun, inviting and most importantly calm space to accommodate an Occupational Therapist and her team who provide specialised services to children of all ages.

Our client, Melissa was so passionate about creating this space and it was such a pleasure to help bring her dream to life. We were able to step outside the box a little with this project and allow our inner child to come out and have some fun!
