We were engaged by AMP Capital to deliver a full design and construct fitout across two floors at 199 Grey Street, South Brisbane. The scope included new joinery, flooring, upgraded amenities, acoustic treatments, and breakout spaces designed to enhance collaboration and tenant appeal.

Working alongside Modern Concepts, we delivered a fresh, functional workspace featuring a welcoming reception, meeting rooms, feature ceiling panels, and even a custom putt-putt area. The project was completed on time and within budget, showcasing our commitment to quality and smart design.
