We were engaged by KSB Australia to deliver a full design and construct fitout for their office at 13 Hawkins Crescent, Bundamba, QLD. The project scope included the creation of an open-plan workspace to promote team collaboration, private offices and meeting rooms for confidential discussions, breakout areas for informal meetings and relaxation, high-tech infrastructure to support various tech needs, and the use of sustainable and eco-friendly materials and practices.

Partnering with Modern Concepts, our team collaborated closely with KSB Australia to understand their workflow, brand, and aesthetic preferences. The project was completed on time and within budget, with the final result exceeding the client’s expectations. The new office space not only supported the company’s operational needs but also fostered a positive and innovative work environment, leading to a significant boost in employee satisfaction and productivity .
